aaaargh. Ok I really tried. Firstly, can I not upload NEF files here? It's not allowing me too. Secondly, am I not doing the most fundamental thing in GIMP? I can open the image but none of the damn tools work on it. I've been trying to straighten one image and not even managed that. Is there some layer thing that I"m not paying attenshun to?
Answer me and you'll have two to make up for today. I have officially been beaten by the house. Aaaargh.
