Fractured

Last night I got home to find that someone had left a bottle of water in the freezer, and our bottles all being ex-wine bottles, it had shattered. The water had also frozen, spikily. I did not have the time to do it justice, but here's what i did have time for.

I like the jagged spike in the first one, and how the print at the bottom of the label says Drink Responsibly, but is fuzzing out at the edges, almost as if the bottle foreshadows what could happen if you didn't, and since it is blurring, obviously you didn't.

And I like the ice tracery in the second, though I should have put on more lights, used the 28-80 and zoomed in. Lazy kitteh.
